Parking on the Upper Level

Access to the upper part of the property is from Cloßstraße. At present there is a garage at this level that can accommodate one car. Next to it there was a shed, which we have demolished. A private driveway from Cloßstraße already exists here and will remain. After the demolition of the garage, two parking spaces will be arranged on the same площадка parallel to Cloßstraße.

Parking on the Lower Level

The developed concept предусматривает совместное использование нижнего участка жителями домов 35 и 37. The prepared parking area will have an entrance from Obere Silberstraße, allowing vehicles to reach the lower part of the property.

At present a single level is being created between Obere Silberstraße, the lower plot, and plot 1244/2 of the neighboring house. Accordingly, access to the lower floor of house No. 35 will be possible via the property of house No. 37, and it will also be possible to approach it by car.

Underground Garage

The slope should be marked by a row of columns. The underground garage will be constructed behind the columns in the area of the upper plot of house No. 37. In this way, three parking spaces can be created, connected to each other and with a separate entrance from the stairwell of house No. 37. The garage ceiling structure must be sufficiently strong and load-bearing to support the parking of two vehicles on the upper level.
