Creation of a unified level

The developed concept envisages the shared use of the lower plot by the residents of houses No. 35 and 37. After extensive work, a single level has been created between Obere Silberstraße, the lower plot and plot 1244/2 of the neighboring house. Accordingly, the entrance to the lower floor of house No. 35 is also located here.

Driveway to House No. 35

The prepared area already has an access road from Obere Silberstraße to the lower plot and to the neighboring house No. 35.

Parking on the lower level

In the future, a few parking spaces for visitors could be created on the improved lower plot.

Underground garage

The slope should be marked by a row of columns. The underground garage will be built behind the columns in the area of the upper plot of house No. 37. In this way, three parking spaces can be created, connected to each other and having a separate entrance from the staircase of house No. 37. The garage ceilings must be sufficiently stable, load-bearing and capable of supporting the parking of two cars on the upper level.
