The topic of barrier-free mobility is highly relevant today. This principle applies to sidewalks, crossings, shops and various public places. Ideally, such a barrier-free route should continue uninterrupted right up to the door of your apartment. This kind of comfort is especially important for people with limited mobility.

In 2022, in order to begin construction work, the excavator first had to drive onto the wall.


Barrier-Free Facilities

Renovation work in the stairwell will provide unobstructed access to the lower floor from ground level. The arrangement of the upper level ensures that all rooms on the lower floor are accessible for wheelchairs from the public sidewalk without steps.

Barrier-free parking is located directly on the upper site.

The shop is located on the ground floor and is accessible directly from the sidewalk.
