The house was connected to the water supply in August 2018.
In 2020 the public area still had only a single combined sewer pipe for both wastewater and rainwater. During the renovation it is planned to discharge wastewater and rainwater through separate systems. Separate pipes will be installed and a shared sewer shaft (Rehau PP AWA-Schacht) will be constructed. The aim is to install a septic system on the property for the drainage of rainwater.
